You can use whatever you want, and he's supposed to have a function that allows us to tell him. However, it does't appear that the fucking grading script has worked properly to date, and I'm guessing with all these different trees, it will remain fucked up, just like this POS class.
Sorry for the vent, just upset 'cause it's Sat. night at 4 am and I'm still programming.
